The main principles regulated by the Incoterms:

- these are pre-defined commercial terms specifying the sharing of transport expenses between the Seller and the Buyer

- the moment of transmission of the risks for goods damage or loss from the Seller to the Buyer

- the delivery dates, i.e. the moment of goods delivery from the Seller to the Buyer ot it's representative, thus making clear whether the Seller has fulfilled its obligations or not.

The property regulations are beyond Incoterms, as well as the Parties responsibilities related to the Trade Cntractwhich is subject to the applicable Law, or the Vienna Convention
